The VISA Cards Services recovered completely, some other services may still experience some disruptions. We're working closely with the Banking Provider and more updates will follow soon.

Our network provider reported optical fiber cables have been ruptured and the physical maintenance team is already working on a replacement. This is a major issue causing problems in a lot of different Banks in Brazil. More updates will follow shortly.

The issue has been identified by the Banking Provider and the fix is being implemented. We are still monitoring the situation closely to provide any support our partners may need during this period.
